Sid and I are both a little sad that our Shakedown Cruise on Quest is over. We are eager to get back to her this fall for a much longer, (6 month), cruise.
We both learned a tremendous amount on the cruise. We learned a lot about the boat, each other, sailing with pets, and we sharpened and honed skills we already had. My experience probably tripled. And Sid honed skills that he admits he took for granted doing so much sailing in the San Juans.
We loved having so many people checking the blog. It was great fun! And we will be posting to this same blog again this fall when we return to Quest.

I'm sorry that Quest blog is over, I loved your goofy stories, and your mis/(and)ad ventures. And yes, the tales will go on, living with that wild bunch. (Sid included ).
